Server Rules

Welcome to Evolve! As you begin your adventure, we kindly ask you to play with honor.

Our ethical guidelines are designed to enhance everyone's gaming experience through systematic adherence and fostering discipline within the gaming community.

Please report any issues, and remember, rules can change. Communication with our GMs/Staff is primarily in English, but they can switch if fluent in your language.
Violations result in sanctions. Refer to the consequences table below for details:

Misbehavior	• Griefing • Kill Stealing • NPC/Portal Blockage • Disrespecting Staff/GMs • Loot Stealing - Stealing Floor Items • Skill Spamming/Flooding - Excessive Usage of Skills or Chat • Intentional Trolling - Disrupting events or players' experience • Cast Eske on monsters • Ice Wall to disrupt player movement • Use Dead Branches on other players • Intentionally drop mobs on players to disrupt them • Cast Aspersio to cancel someone’s weapon element • Rude-teleport an MVP to prevent others from attacking it • Play Poem of Bragi on someone else’s Bragi to create Dissonance • Cast Safety Wall, Pneuma, or Land Protector with the intention of disrupting players • MVP and rare mini-boss monsters (eg; Angeling, Ogretooth) are considered “free-for all” and exempt from the kill stealing rules. However, griefing is NOT permitted. •NOTE: This list is not exhaustive; other methods of griefing will also be punishable. A player that is found guilty of griefing will be given a warning for the first offence. A second offence will be jail time and a third will be a Gepard block.	Warning	Jail	Account Ban
Skill Abuse	• For instance, using 'Kyrie Elesion to replace 'Assumptio' from a player, casting 'Ice Wall' to block/move a player and similar actions. • Non-Player Kill Map Trolling - Healing, buffing, casting protective Ground skills like 'Safety Wall' or alike to obstruct other attackers. • Unauthorized Vending/Buying Store areas	Warning	Mute	Jail
Impropriety	• Inapproriate use of names, including vulgar or indecent in-game names. • This encompasses Guild Names, Party Names and Emblems.	Warning	Jail	Account Ban
Player Harrassment	• Aggressive conduct towards other players, derogatory or hateful remarks related to sex/gender, race, and/or religion. • Mob Trailing - herding and dragging of monsters • Using Profanity - Directly insulting a player	Jail	Account Ban	Account Ban
Server Harrassment	• Disseminating untrue rumors to generate server-related problems (deemed as server harassment by the staff).	Gepard Block
Illegal Trading	• Real Money Transactions (RMT) are strictly forbidden. This includes trading or selling items, accounts, services, or in-game currency with other servers or games. • Scamming fellow players is also not allowed.	Account Ban		Gepard Block
Exploits/Bugs/Glitches Abuse	• Exploiting such bugs/glitches to have an unfair advantage.	Account Ban		Gepard Block

Third Party Programs/Client Modifications	• Using third-party programs/softwares or any tools that manipulate the server's file or the server itself. Notes:

Provide videos or screenshots in case you come across a player committing any of the aforementioned violations.
The rules and sanctions listed above may change based on decisions from the GM / Staff Team.
Additional rules and sanctions that haven't been covered might be introduced later to foster unity within the server.
